Super_Ally 0
Not sure mate - had heard about this but thanks for posting it anyway. That would be a good move for him as Roy McBain is a half-decent player as well so would provide good competition. Aye, just paper talk I think. But with St Mirren definitely a no-go, then hopefully he could get regular games at ICT.
Leppardized2001 0
Well he could actually but I doubt we'd let that happen... Aye, knowing our luck with injuries he'd play against us, big Kirk would rattle into him, and crock the poor guy for good.

I'd laugh if it wasn't so likely to happen...
alexscottislegend 2,412
It's a stupid rule, that. If the Reserve League is to be scrapped then we need a good competitive arena for our young players, so all we have is loan games.
DJBlue72 0
Thats thats very stupid rule , Dening St Mirren a very good player and dening Stevie Smith some first team football - Only in Scotland ?
ascender 352
So is Smith match-fit at the moment? Even if only in reserve football terms? We've had a few matches against "lesser" opposition recently so its a shame he's not been given a chance at LB in the first team. Would be good to see us with a proper LB, definitely a step in the right direction again.
