chilledbear 16
Would like us to sign/loan a Marvin Andrews type centre half, sorely needed in my opinion.
Frankie 8,552
Agreed. We struggle a lot in the air at the back. Worried a bit about tomorrow in that regard. Miller is a useful player and Diamond also handy in and around the box.
DJBlue72 0
I would like to see all of them stay but i agree McGregor is the obvious choice as we would get the most money for hima nad have a replacement already in Neil Alexander. Also wonder why everyone is treating Barry Ferguson like an old injured greyhound on its last legs , i reckon he still has a good few years left in him and no one in our squad in his position has the experiance or class to replace him at this point in time , Thomson is long term replacement but will he be as good over time , i hope so. Ferguson is still the man in the middle in my opinion , Him + A.nother i know lots of you will disagree with me. He has played against some of Europes top midfielders over the years and came out on top. would be wrong to sell him i think. Who would you make Captain if Fergie was sold ?

In the long term - Thomson I reckon is captaincy material.

The guy that does the blind commentary is misleading you mate. Fergie is Guff and has been since returning from Blackburn.

craig 5,199
My honest opinion would be that Fergie has been a very poor shadow of his former self since he came back from Blackburn. I don't care that he has played against some of Europe's top midfielders over the years and come out on top. It is what he is doing NOW that is important and, quite simply, he isnt doing enough - not even close to doing enough. He looks as if he is merely going through the motions and, in fact, seems to be hiding in games (he is more interested in shouting at team-mates than upping his own game). I also dont agree that it shoulf be BF + 1 other. For me, right now it should be Mendes+1 (and i would actually be tempted to make the "+1" Davis and not BF). When Thomson is fit it should be Mendes+Thomson.

WBA and Mowbray were desperate to sign KT....coupled with his crooked agent and knowing Rangers needed the finance....any offer from 4.75 to 5.25m and he'd have been gone. Thomson getting injured saved WS from having to make some tough decisions midfield wise....BF ended up walking back into the side because of KT injury sadly.
gisabeer 409
Dont why everyone has so much faith in Davis. Hes hardly kicked a ball either yet escapes the boo boys. hes another that could do with a spell on the bench.
