Now, it has come round full circle. Lets just hope it doesn't take us the 10 years or so that it took Celtic to get their act together from 1989-2000. By my reckoning we're about 4 years through what could be the same decade of bad luck. It's not bad luck though. It's complete mis-management from top to bottom.
