If a new deal can be agreed, would not complain. I never would have thought he'd have been a first pick, but he's kept his place on merit, and continues to defies all logic! well done big man! :thup:

 

If it was a player that seemed destined to leave anyway, �£2m for a player who could leave for nothing in the summer would be phenomenal! But I do hope he stays - he deserves it!

Broadfoot's done more than enough to deserve new terms. However, I still don't think he's good enough to be 'brought into line with other top-earners'. Hopefully he'll accept less money from us than what Eck's offering ...that's if there's any truth in the story.

 

As for Lovenkrands, he's available on a free IIRC, so I'd like to see us get shot of Mcculloch to free up the wages and squad place to bring him back. He might not be as 'versatile' as big Lee but he would certainly be a lot more useful.
