johnnyk 158 Posted November 2, 2008 Share Posted November 2, 2008 Did the lazy Boyd compliment the team? I, Walter smith, George Burley and many supporters didn't think so. A Boyd who is fighting and working his socks off for his position at this moment, is certainly pushing the right buttons. being top scorer since he's been here seems to me like he's complimented the team as he is finishing chances the team has created for him no? If baffles me he keeps getting slagged off for being top scorer and others who score far less and run about like headless chickens get more credit. Boyd has done great to improve his game good on him but as I said before if he keeps scoring then fine but if his new all round play stops him from scoring more goals then I don't see how it will improve us unless he is setting up loads of chances for others but we don't have anybody as lethal as him so we might not score as many goals!! 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
