He was pish as Wycombe manager but maybe working as second fiddle behind Redknapp for a couple of years has helped him improve as a manager. Time will tell. I hope he does ok as he was a tremendous player, but long term I can see Portsmouth slipping away. I think most of there players went there coz of Redknapp and they will be a bit shell shocked. It will take a bit character to make them forget about that and they possibly should have went for a proven name.....Ramos!! Rumours going around already that Defoe and Campbell will return to Spurs.
