johnnyk 158
I hope he recovers, but I can't help thinking the guy is on a suicide mission IMO with the company he is keeping he'll just keep falling of the wagon. He needs to keep away as they are not helping him and he needs help big time and he needs his true friends around him to get better and take control of his life again.......

Gazza has his own life in his hands. You can try and give everyone the blame including maybe all the bar staff in Britain. What are they thinking about forcing drink down Gazza's throat. Sorry bullshit! Gazza pours drink down his own throat no matter what company he is in. One person to blame, the guy was a great football player but he is an alcoholic. No one to blame but himself and i feel no sorrow for him. I feel sorrow, that this sickness exists in general, but not for Gazza in particular.

I'm not blaming bar staff etc but if I had a good friend with these problems i'd try and help him not ask if he wants to go on a 2 week bender knowing he will probably say yes then see him self destruct in front of me, and i'm sure the company he keeps are doing just that to him and more. I hope he gets the help he needs from people who do care about him as IMO he needs it big time.......

Frankie 8,552
Seems he's now been arrested again for causing criminal damage... There's only so much sympathy people can have for the fella. He has to want to sort himself out and it seems he quite clearly doesn't.
