Not a solicitor, but I doubt that the support could take legal action. That would need to come from the club and they are never going to do that.

 

Even if they did do it, it would be an impossible thing to prove.

 

Where is Donald Findlay when you need him ? :devil:

Despite a reluctance from folk to come out and say that Ref's are corrupt, preferring to say they are incompetent it is important to note (re the above blog) the number of Leagues across Europe that have experienced actual corruption.

 

Trawling my memory I am certain that one Scottish Ref in the late 70's was banned from Europe because he took a bribe in a European tie. So it is entirely plausible that Scottish refs or some of them if not taking actual bribes show a biase toward one team or another.

 

Proving it of course is another matter, by gathering evidence that this blog is doing will help, that is if the SFA agree to looking at it.

it's good to have an objective record of these things, so the next time the tims moan about being hard done by, you can just point there and say "no!" simultaneously.

 

i do think they are just crap though.
