Id rather get him in sooner than 1st September Mac. If it means an extra 200k or the likes then having a player to help us qualify for the group stages of the CL is woth far more.

 

Also, a good start to the SPL is vital and a must. The opening 4 games are tricky so we need strong options.

 

At the same time 4 million is still a lot for him, hopefully Fulham accept the 3 million.
