Manure have said they expect him back for pre-season training the week beginning 14th July. They have a tour in Africa I think, which if I heard correctly, he may miss or get out of.

 

I think he will go to Madrin tbh, it depends I guess a lot on the pursuasive powers of SAF as the player himself seems to have been indicating he wants the move.

 

Hell of an amount of money though, �£70m for the worlds best player at the moment. Almost double (well nearly) to the previous record of Zidane.

 

Could maybe have started a poll, interested on what everyone else thought about it

I think the EPL suits better than La Liga - would prefer to see him stay even though it means Man U have a better chance of winning the EPL.

If he stays I wouldnt bet against Manure winning again unfortunately.

 

I think Zidane was around �£39m but could be wrong.

 

Ronaldo IF he goes could demand a bigger fee I guess, only ever heard the �£70m figure though and �£80m once.

70 mill is a crazy figure for any player. it is time these practices stopped before honest balanced football is ruined.

Thats been said for a while Pete butsoesn't look like it'll ever happen. I do agree though, the transfer fees an the wages nowadays are ridiculous!

Im sure Zidane was 47 million and still stands at the world record today. Imagine if Maradona was playing today!!! I wouldnt like to put a figure on that!

 

I think Ronaldo will stay at Man U for another season and will make a statement about all the speculation being bullshit just to side with the fans again.
