They are potentially richer than Chelsea and have there sights set on being back in the Top 10 of the Premier League yet appoint Dowie. I'll never understand why teams appoint the likes of Dowie, Warnock, Megson, Bryan Robson, and Mickey Adams when they just cant cut it at top level management. Thing is, personally money wise they can't lose. Get the sack and recieve a big handout. It's the fans that get shafted.
