pete 2,499
And we needed someone from Holland to sort that one out!!! I suppose if you are Scottish based and want to listen to an English commentator then you can watch it on ITV 4, or is that too confusing now.
ian1964 10,720
CHIEF SCOUT Ewan Chester reckons Rangers will need to be at their best to build the lead they want against Sporting on Thursday night. Sporting are fresh from a 4-1 win over lowly Naval at the weekend in which main striker Liedson scored twice and key midfielder Simon Vukcevic returned from a shoulder injury. Chester was there and, having watched Sporting already this season, confirmed what he already knew.Sporting captain Joao Moutinho He said: "They were very comfortable in the game, although they did go behind. "They got the equaliser quickly and then moved ahead and when they went 3-1 up the game was effectively over. "They have good players all over their team and they like to get the ball down and pass and link. "Joao Moutinho, the captain, is very good player and perhaps the most important in their team although Liedson is obviously very dangerous up front. He is a proven goal-scorer and a lethal finisher. "There is no doubt we will need to play well to win the match on Thursday and, again, we will have to be very solid. "Not conceding will be a priority for us."
calscot 0
One thing we don't really have these days, is a really big name player. But perhaps that helps as the opposition defenders have no-one in particular to look out for...
Gribz 847
Anyone know if it is on BBC?? I checked my listings and I have all the other 3 quarter finals live. The only reason I could think the Rangers game wasnt on aswell was due to the BBC TV rights.
