eightball 0
Agreed. As much as I get frustrated with Walter's conservative approach you cant fault his man management, his team building or ability to get results. This article in the Scotsman with Dailly has an interesting little paragraph: It's no coincidence that Walter Smith is the manager and the team plays in his way. The team spirit is tremendous, it's brilliant. Compare that with the state the team spirit the club had under PLG! IMO Walter Smith is doing a magnificent job both on and off the pitch with the players he has at his disposal.
stewarty 2,069
I read the same article earlier today. The difference from 12 months ago is remarkable. The fact we are competing for four competitions in March is simply outstanding and I think fans can get a little carried away sometimes. That said, if I was forking out the best part of £500 for my season book, plus all of the other expenses, I would be dissappointed with some of the product on the park at times.

Can't disagree with you really. A win is a win though, and it is difficult to maintain a high level of play when challenging on 4 fronts. The game on Wednesday was just tremendous though, if we can play like that over March then we'll be well on course to having a very successful season come May.

What would be your preference; a run to the semis, final and possible UEFA cup win, or the league?
eightball 0
What would be your preference; a run to the semis, final and possible UEFA cup win, or the league? League, without a shadow of a doubt. Anything else is a bonus. Grinding out results in the league from now to the end of the season would do me!
pete 2,499
What would be your preference; a run to the semis, final and possible UEFA cup win, or the league? This year has to be the league to stop the tim's run, although in the future i would let the league go for a year for great CL run to the final.
Gribz 972
Can't believe I'm saying this, but is Daily the missing link in midfield that allows Ferguson and Davis to dictate play in the attacking 3rd? Cammy F No! I give Fergie 3 games before he starts tracking back. BUT i Bet he wont start mumping at Dailly - thats one player who will at last stick up for himself and tell BF to fuck off when they get moaned at. Im pretty happy with Dailly signing!!!
