Now that a Sporting Director has been announced, next up should be a new manager. 

 

I thought I'd create a poll to see where our preferences lie. 

 

These are the managers with the shortest odds with the bookies.

As a hipster, statto VL, of those names, I'm in favour of Martin, Rose, Marsch or Muscat.

 

They have a history of implementing a proactive style of play and of winning league titles - or at least their teams dominate.

A number of the listed candidates know the club, know the league and would do a job.

 

Barry Ferguson is head and shoulders above all other candidates though.

 

He knows the club best. He knows the league best. He would do a job best.
