I'm also not expecting this 'war chest' everyone is looking for. Any "war chest" the new owners bring needs to be spent getting the correct footballing infrastructure in place. That's the most difficult but urgent requirement. How? 😂 Signed crocked players, got us tied up in deals such as 4.5m for Cortes, none of his identified signings have in anyway improved Rangers. Hemorrhaged our money on garbage or crocked goods.
