Fa1833 297
Look, we're Rangers. It's not just about tactics and formations, it's about understanding the fabric of this club. We need a manager who gets what it means to wear that jersey. Someone who understands the weight of expectation, the passion of the fans, and the history that comes with every game at Ibrox. It's not enough to just know football, they need to get Rangers. They need to understand the pressure, the demand for trophies, and the connection between the team and the supporters. We need a leader who inspires not just the players, but the fans too. Someone who knows what it takes to win in this city, and who's willing to fight for every single point. We need someone who bleeds 🔴⚪🔵 It's also interesting thought , you've got guys like Davis who are more tactical and considered, then you have someone like McCann who brings that fire and passion. Thomson is the up-and-comer, a modern coach. Ferguson too, has that strong personality. We've got a good mix of potential candidates from within the Rangers family.
