Agree, I think we are currently 2-3 seasons away from being competitive again barring a miracle in player trading.

It really is bizarre how we leap from one model to the next and back again.

Yeah, we've been back and forward so many times over the past few years that I don't have any confidence that whatever model they end up with will be effective as they've already decided in the recent past that it wasn't the right one for us.

Next season is going to be the hardest task we have had in a long long time , if we go into it with this manager theres no coming back , they will be out of our league in all aspects of the game.

They haven't been the problem so much this season, that's mainly down to poor away form, and our players lack of focus against the 'smaller' teams.

Not sure any manager fixes this problem.

Its like blaming Hibs Manager that they are not competing with us.

I don't think it is to be fair.

We've shown in 1 off games we can compete with Celtic (league Cup final, last seasons SCF and the 3-0 win at Ibrox).

This season its been our inability to win away from home that's killed us (and not just against Celtic). If our away form matched our home form in the SPL, we'd be sitting top of the league.

This was also our downfall last season where we threw away a lead in the title race.

With a coach who could get us winning (home and away) on a consistent basis, which given our limited budget, shouldnt be difficult to achieve, we would be competing for the title.

We play Killie soon that's a game we're.McInnes can show his managerial credentials the board will be watching.
