Who understands, when things aren't working, it's time to change. Who has the ability to put a rocket up the arses of each player prior to the start of each game and not just the second half. All things considered I don't think the Manager is doing a bad job at all, and I am far from alone in that view. Do I agree with all his decisions, no, but I have never agreed with any Rangers manager on all aspects of their managing of the team. Had it not been for the cheating men in black we would already have a cup this season and we are still in europe. Instead, watched another mediocre (at best) performance where we once again struggled to contain a very poor Hears team. Glad we got a win, but there is no clear structure or style evident in our play. It was a game we could have lost had it not been for Jack Butland (and Nsiala) and two own goals. Wow. As for Boyd and Fan Media, they are saying what lots of fans are thinking.
