Agreed chaps, Boyd drives me bonkers. He seems to have a personal agenda.

We all want more effort and more attractive football. However we still have a far bigger budget than the other 10 league clubs and there is no excuse for being so poor away from home at St Mirren, Motherwell, Dundee etc.

who does boyd want to replace clement? His pal McInnes maybe?

Boyd just wants the best for Rangers as do we all. A manager who has the will to win. Who understands, when things aren't working, it's time to change. Who has the ability to put a rocket up the arses of each player prior to the start of each game and not just the second half.

Like all of us he's frustrated and can't understand why he and 50000 of us can see it's not working but the manager can't.

Boyd, some of the fan media and Clements other detractors use the "we" and "the Fans" a lot when the truth is much different from that. All things considered I don't think the Manager is doing a bad job at all, and I am far from alone in that view. Do I agree with all his decisions, no, but I have never agreed with any Rangers manager on all aspects of their managing of the team. Had it not been for the cheating men in black we would already have a cup this season and we are still in europe. Yes the league has been a wash out, but winning it this year was fantasy in my opinion.

Watched the game after work (knew the score) and was expecting./ hoping to watch a commanding Rangers performance.

Instead, watched another mediocre (at best) performance where we once again struggled to contain a very poor Hears team.

Glad we got a win, but there is no clear structure or style evident in our play. It was a game we could have lost had it not been for Jack Butland (and Nsiala) and two own goals.

I'll be volunteering for work a lot more between the now and the end of the season.

13 points behind Celtic, domestic season over before Valentines day and the manager is "not doing a bad job". Wow.

As for Boyd and Fan Media, they are saying what lots of fans are thinking. I don't think they'll ever claim to speak for ALL Rangers fans but as yet another season falls apart, they are certainly asking the right questions both of the manager and the board.

Anyone with half a brain knows the manager should be sacked but we can’t afford the payoff package for him and his staff so we’re stuck with him.

Patrick Stewart has repeatedly denied that is the case. We have to consider before sacking anyone just WHO we could get who (a) would want the job and (b) who is available.

I thought we had succession planning in place?
