Been saying that for a while - our two top scorers and should be playing them as a partnership

Baffling when you actually think of what Dessers does work rate wise.

lets hope all traveling fans and players stay safe and don’t attempt to travel back home tonight/ tomorrow with Red warnings in place especially central areas of Scotland.

I'm gutted but not devastated. Playing Man Utd with a full squad would have been hard enough but playing them without 7 potential starters was a very tall order. 7 became 10 players missing in the second half which made it impossible. Our goalie gifting them the first goal didn't help either. At least we gave it a go and some young players got decent experience. Hopefully the injuries are not long term.

The injuries and lack of key personnel meant we were really up against it but we reacted well to losing an awful opener. Tav and Raskin had fine games, as did Butland (howler aside) and Rice can be happy with his shift too. There are positives but squad improvements essential.

You can say that again.
