I'd suggest Nedim Bajrami is perhaps the best example of our coaching deficit. The lad looked capable when he arrived but we have no idea how to use him and he's regressed so much under this manager. Few players have shown consistent improvement as opposed to flashes of form.

Considering that was the message when he took over. To improve those who were currently at the club and add quality to them and continue to improve.

 

Instead we've regressed in every department. There are no positives to hang on to, there should be only 1 way that this ends and in reality it should have ended weeks ago.

Plan A didn't work at the 787th attempt. No wonder there. The nice schedule at all those dreadful location did all that was to be done, but maybe the SPFL did us a favour there. That said, if the next manager goes 4-2-3-1 too, I'll probably go back to checking results rather than watching. The sensible thing is to cut the losses and let a new man create a decent side for next season.

 

Igamane and Kelly probably the only one who gets a pass mark, though Pröpper and Nsiala did okay too. It's never cool to play at gung-ho kick-and-rush teams, who brick themselves up, and rush out to charge en masse with any won ball. Shit anti-football, but that's what we've been up against for a decade or so.

No, he's been playing this way all season. Like his predecessors. Maybe with different players, but he never learned the lesson, and probably won't learn it either.

No, just telling it how it is. Guy is a dud, another drain on our limited resource that was lauded just because his name wasn't Borna Barasic.

Your probably correct. As long as we finish second some will see this season as a "success".
