Celtic have let a 2 goal lead slip once this season (domestically). At home to Aberdeen (another team we claim only tries against us).

Statistically, Celtic would have gone on and won today's game comfortably. No matter if it was Hibs, St Mirren or Motherwell (just look at their stats). That's more to do with Celtics ability to kill teams off. Or are you saying they are 11 points clear due to other teams not trying against them?

Stop worrying about other teams, worry about the glaring deficiencies in our club. From the top to the bottom.

Your thesis is that the fhilth would not allow then to play well. Yet you imply that they do play well against them.

We struggled with Hibs big attackers, particularly after Sterling went off.  We defintely need a CB with height and heading ability and an upgrade on Ridvan.  Our midfield 2 were getting overrun especially as the game progressed.  We needed a change at half time that came too late.  We desperatley need a set piece specialst.  We get a shy in line with the 18 yard line that is always thrown backwards and ends up with our defenders.  The manager was too slow to react today.  Beaton was dross in the second half.

We've managed an appalling 12 points from 30 available to us away from home in the league.

Inexcusable and indefensible.

Yet we'll excuse and defend the manager who is responsible

McInnes his successor? 😵‍💫

Surely the huge sum of money it would cost to punt the current manager and his staff, then bring in a new manager and staff would be better spent on defenders who can stay fit for more than half a dozen games at a time.

Couldn’t agree more.

The biggest problem atm is the make up of the squad. We are very light in areas such as CB and this should have been addressed last summer. We also have just one recognised first team GK atm too.

Regardless of who’s the manager these things need sorting and there is no one out there I can see who could make some very mediocre, average players significantly better.

No, you misunderstood. Celtic are less likely to lose a 2 goal lead no matter who they are playing.

YOU implied Hibs wouldn't have played as well against Celtic, I pointed out that they have.

Again, we are where we are because of OUR failings, not Hibs or any other teams.

Below is the league table split between home and away.

How come it's the players and not the manager when we are brilliant at home, yet terrible away from home?

If the only reason we can find to retain the manager is that we can't afford to sack him, then it's time to sack him.
