I could compile a 10,000 word dissertation on the subject but as you say, it wouldn't make a blind but of difference.

The only people who can resolve this are those who got us into this state. Until you understand and accept this, we'll never move forward.

As for bumping my gums, that's all I've got. Just like ever other fan on a messageboard.

In saying that, it was "bumping of gums" for a few (me included)  that eventually led to fans changing their opinion about SDM. Too late as it turned out on that occasion and probably be too late this time around as well.

Why don't you tell us in detail how this board are going to turn us around and make us a force again? The floors all yours.

No, it is you that is proposing all the changes. It is for you to tell us the detail about how it could be done. Including the costing of it, relative to our financial situation.

The floor is YOURS.

I've had a ST for 19 years mate. I know that's not massive compared to some but I am getting scunnered I have to admit

This is my 43rd season of following Rangers. Most of those I've had a season ticket.

Between 1983 to 1993 I think I missed 3 games we played in the UK (including friendlies).

None of the above makes me any more of a fan then any other fan, but if "long-term" fans like us are thinking about this, then the club are in trouble.

Its simple - they can't- you know it but just don't want to admit it.

All the changes? I just want 1 change.

Come on, tell us how this board are going to turn things around? If you don't want them removed, there must be something (even a tiny thread) that you believe they can do to change things.

It's bleak and I hate to say, I've been saying as much for a few seasons. The club / business is in the wrong hands.

They should be thanked for their service and all the good that they have done but their inability to steer us forward through gross mismanagement tells its own sorry story.

The club is in the hands of shareholders.

The only fairy story is that you can tell them 'thanks and bye'.

Yeah I  fully get where you are coming from and, like you say, doesn't make us any bigger fans than anyone else, but if we are feeling meh - then it says it all. its almost up there when the spivs were in for me

I am a shareholder too. Nothing I can do though

You have similar options to all other shareholders.

Hold, sell or organise.

The point I would make is that you can't persuade other shareholders to sell because you are sad about our results.

We struggled with Hibs big attackers, particularly after Sterling went off.  We defintely need a CB with height and heading ability and an upgrade on Ridvan.  Our midfield 2 were getting overrun especially as the game progressed.  We needed a change at half time that came too late.  We desperatley need a set piece specialst.  We get a shy in line with the 18 yard line that is always thrown backwards and ends up with our defenders.  The manager was too slow to react today.  Beaton was dross in the second half.

Agree with all of that. The players failed again, how many times can they be excused by Clement- it's his job to change things to get us over the line. 2-0 up and drawing is again unacceptable management.
