Scott7 6,229 Posted Saturday at 16:16 Share Posted Saturday at 16:16 Hibs are on a good run of form. I accidentally saw a fragment of their match against Kilmarnock. They performed a manoeuvre reminiscent of the majestic Famous Five. The ball went centre-right-left-right ending with a Gordon Smith style cross on the run to the striker lurking a yard out at the back post right onto his foot. Luckily for Kilmarnock, the striker wasn’t Lawrie Reilly but Dessers’ wee brother and he somehow sclaffed it wide. Rangers may not be so lucky on Sunday.
compo 7,314 Posted Saturday at 16:31 Share Posted Saturday at 16:31 In years past this was one of the best football matches on the cards

CammyF 8,572 Posted Saturday at 17:53 Share Posted Saturday at 17:53 Not going tomorrow and unable to watch as working (lucky omen?), but Easter Road has always been my favourite away ground / fixture. Loved going there since the early 80s, seen some great games, seen us win the league there a few times including my favourite day supporting Rangers, Helicopter Sunday. Also sure I witnessed Santa (a Bear in a Santa costume) get nicked there and was heard shouting, "what about Rudolph" as he was dragged away by Edinburgh's "finest"....
Gribz 954 Posted Sunday at 07:24 Share Posted Sunday at 07:24 Looking forward this today now after Thursday. The team showed what they can do and we should be playing at that tempo week in week out.
compo 7,314 Posted Sunday at 07:46 Share Posted Sunday at 07:46 The big question is can we maintain the form we showed on Thursday against the champions or are our players just not interested by not playing flat out against the rest of the field.
Fa1833 248 Posted Sunday at 09:38 Share Posted Sunday at 09:38 Lets hope we can indeed carry this form on and not go back to the old way! Lets hope he plays more or less the same team that played on the 2nd, Ridvan at right back again for me and Raskin as captain as he showed great desire to get the game going in the right direction if Tav isn't available.
Gribz 954 Posted Sunday at 09:48 Share Posted Sunday at 09:48 What's the weather in Edinburgh like this morning anyway?? I take it the game will go ahead. The Liverpool v Man Utd game is 50/50, decision to be made at 12pm.

I would imagine that pavements will be treacherous but the stadium should be okay no reason for cancellation we played plenty of games in empty stadiums during Covid .
