My conclusion differs as I see Dessers being a big part of the problem, as shown by the above stats. 

He's scores an expected amount of goals though. He misses some chances, but so too did loads of other Rangers strikers ...

I know it's not what you mean but no he doesn't: he underperforms his xG by a significant amount.
