Neither is Ridvan, so what's your point? Sterling lost the ball dithering not knowing what to do. That's got nothing to do with Tav, Tav's positioning. Our upturn in form coincided with Tav regaining his form. But you're right, he's just one of many that need replaced. He has made mistakes aplenty this season and never comes for a high ball deep in his box.
