Madden was awful today.  Far too quick to book our players and some of them ridiculous bookings.  He is a total wimp.

Difficult to believe that CammyF can post here all day, every day, and need this explained.

 

The progress we are seeing is in comparison to where we were a couple of months ago. That is to say we were staring at a hopeless season with Dessers starting every match.  It's not in comparison to last season.

I can forgive a striker, even Dessers, for being rubbish at penalties.

I don't know how true this is but read Clement handed our penalty takers to 4th official as soon as full time whistle went. That means the takers were known before a ball was kicked. 

 

As I said earlier, they had 5 or 6 attacking options in the pitch in extra-time. We had 3.

The only real surprise Ridvan didn’t get injured missing thet penalty. Bin him off asap.

Ridvan, the player who we were told was the future of the club. A player who was elevated to being a "great player" simply because his name wasn't Borna Barasic and got "better" the more he sat on the injury table.

 

As you say, get rid of him and before anyone jumps in, he isn't the only one not good enough but epitomises everything that's wrong with us.
