compo 7,184
Looks like the bid for the 2034 world cup just needs to be rubber stamped and it will be held in Saudi Arabia there will be the usual bleating about human rights homos women drivers but that wont bother them because money talks and the gig boys in FIFA aren't going to give up a nice payday I wont be around to see it but if the top players refuse to take part it will be a disaster but if I were twelve to fourteen today i'd be training very hard to get in a national team .

It's a foul country and regime but then you could say that about many others. I expect the 2042 world Cup will be held in Israel as they will have plenty of room to build football stadia when they have destroyed Palestine.

Scott7 6,149
Scotland have had harder groups. England get their usual walkover.

Fed up playing Portugal or Denmark would have been nice to put the four home nations plus Eire in a group.

Gribz 906
The groups are now reaching the letter L, thats nuts. Where exactly is the border between Europe and Asia - I thought it was in Istanbul. If Scotland get Denmark then they should have a good chance in topping the group but internationals excluding the tournaments are depressing.
