One change I’d like is for all clubs being able to play any more than five foreigners at the one time , I know it’s never going to happen but it might level a few playing fields,.

Do you mean NOT TO BE ABLE TO PLAY as we already have mostly foreigners in our team.

The average time the ball is in play is 58 minutes and 37 seconds don’t know who does these calculations but would you be in favour of the clock being stopped when the ball is out of play

That would add twenty more minutes to the whole match time.

 

12 seconds to take goal-kicks and throw-ins. And if the player taking the throw advances more than five steps from the linesman’s mark, send him off.
