Happy with the starting XI.

Might have had Balogun in for Propper.

Got to be happy with that. No option to not bring Tav back in but the rest is what Id have gone for

Sterling injured again.

Just as well that we have a player who has been almost constantly available for nearly 10 years.

  • Frankie changed the title to [Pre-match] St Johnstone v Rangers

We've not been great in our post-European SPFL games this season so, despite Thursday's morale boosting win, I'm not expecting much brilliance today. However, I do expect to see the same effort and hopefully we can take any chances we create whilst keeping the door shut as well.

As of ... 01.12.2024

Dujon Sterling (blocked nerved - mid December)

Rabbi Matondo (muscle - mid December)

Tom Lawrence (muscle - mid December)

Óscar Cortés (knee - mid/end December)

Neraysho Kasanwirjo (knee - March)

... it is unpopular, but we need to find solid (Scottish/British) talent like Barron to see us through a season - not least against teams like today. Up above are (expansive) first team starters / people who haven't been able to make any sort of impact for very long spells.

Let's switch off the Sky commentary, as the bampot on the phone will sure remember to rub it in every 5 mins. Encyclopedic knowledge of every player in the premiership who's brother, father, uncle or great grandnephew once scored a goal against us ...

3 of those 5 are British.
