The continued knocking of potential alternatives to a manager who has taken us backwards is staggering. Instead of looking at possibilities to replace him, we're excusing his horrific record (not to mention playing style) and trying to convince ourselves that Clement will somehow magically turn this around with little or no evidence to stand behind. Clement needs to be replaced, who replaces him is open to debate and is for other to decide. I said previously its a simple question, would Moyes be a better man for the job than Clement. I think it's a definite yes. It's immaterial as it isn't going to happen. We're stuck with Clement and those who make the decisions are not going to doing anything as outlandish as sounding out a manager who is, by his own admission, looking for work.
