Second post as I have only felt able to read about the game.  We had a horrendous journey on the M8 (that hadn't seen a snow plough after 4 hours of heavy snow) to then discover a delay to KO  and then to watch a dreadful first half that was no surprise to anyone given the team selection, other than the manager.  Hagi, who isn't exactly a world beater but has a football brain, improved us immensely after months of being told he wasn't wanted and then not played 😡.  I've been going to Ibrox for 56 years and am at a really low ebb.  Think I've used up all my fight.  There was definitely a resignation at 1-1 yesterday that we weren't getting a winner.  The next few weeks will make or break this board, not the manager, the board.

Yes my brother was there on Saturday said that they looked totally clueless

29-5 shots, 1-1 the result. The story of the last decade.

Unless you put people out there who score goals, you won't win a game. Without Cerny, we'd be in even greater trouble. If we rely on "wingers" (Sima last season) to save our day, not much more needs to be said.

As long as we start with 6 defensive players (no matter how attack-minded they may play every other week), against teams who dig in and play on the counter, we are bound to toil and fail. That's my mantra since Warburton and I hate to be correct for all those years. Even more so, I am totally devastated about our management who - year in, year out - fails to see and address this problem. At least TRY to play a different system and see how it works. I wouldn't mind if we keep most of the chaps we have right now, as a simple switch in system could easily yield results on the pitch.

Alas, my local hockey team is doing well and hands me the weekly dose of bliss ...

Paul Sturrock had a unique approach to management at Southampton.

"I sent two players on to a fourth-storey roof to do some slating," he said. "We tried to get players down a pit but they wouldn't go because there was this small cavern they had to crawl through. When I was in Scotland I took my YTS people to a building site one day and slapped them in for an eight-hour shift. It made them appreciative they were in an easy life.

I think there are a lot of current squad that could do with a reality check .
