He had already rejected Liverpool twice before deciding to leave. Then it took 7 weeks according to you for him to leave.

 

That's hardly someone who couldn't wait to leave.

 

Honestly, it's hardly worth posting anything on here now due to the continued trolling. 

 

You think you're doing the right thing posting some topics discussed at a Q&A then some fans think they know better than the people that were involved in the situations discussed.

 

I'll start saving my money and won't go to these brilliant opportunities to listen to Rangers royalty instead I'll just ask the know-alls on here. Now that truly would be gullible.

 

Who knows what really happened in Graeme Souness' life? Graeme Souness football legend, Rangers royality and CBE or a some faceless random poster on a message board?

It's not trolling, it's just a differing of opinion. 

 

The truth is probably somewhere in the middle. 

 

People really need to take their ego of it: just because you like and respect someone doesn't mean they are without fault; and vice versa. 

 

I still laugh at those that call Gerrard a snake for leaving. It's just a bruised ego, for me.

Souness "recommended" sir Duped who ruined our club to the point of it being worth one pound sterling. That is SDM's legacy. Recently, Souness offers the line about the need to spend 50M on 3 players. He isn't thinking in the real world.

 

Gordon Smith worked for the man with a pound coin (not a billionaire) and despite all his various talents, supposedly couldn't see through Craig Whyte. When the direction of travel was obvious to anyone with an objective brain.

 

First and foremost, Rangers need to get their finances under control.

 

Bennett told us what was needed.

Challenging, to say the least but correct.

 

 

 

Souness tells us what we prefer to hear but as it stands, is pie in the sky.

For the record, I think Souness is a legend, which nothing will diminish. And I'll always enjoy listening and hearing about what he has to say about his time with us. 

 

His football opinions are out of date, though. 

 

I'm quite disappointed to learn that he was asked to interview some candidates.

Oh it is trolling - you know it is when their options change depending on who's posting. Another poster posted about Sir Alex Ferguson availability. No pile on there or assassination of his character.

 

Next time I'm going to a Q&A I'll invite and pay for tickets for a few on here and they can tell these Rangers legends that they are lying to their face.

So Smith wasn't telling the truth about the offer? 

 

The post was about what Smith said, not what he done previously. 

 

It's easy to separate if you put your mind to it. 

 

Why not discuss and give an opinion on the alleged offer rather than character assassinating Smith and Souness.
