... you think you've seen it all before. I'm fine with it, as I'll be working at the local ice hockey game in the afternoon and will be home for kick-off.

TV schedules (which, along with the Scottish Run, have resulted in this silly kick off time) are designed to suit the armchair fan - that has been the case for decades.  The problem here is the travel issues for people attending the match.

The club offered to make a fixture switch to Perth for a 3pm K/off but others declined for some bizarre reason - this would easily have been the more sensible option.
