Clement should switch the wingers around to give opposition defences more to think about.

What?! That would be playing them out of position and we'll moan about that, too.

Sterling hasn't had the opportunity to play in his preferred position.  I think Lawrence has been better but not good enough to say it is his jersey.  We are crying out for goals so play Barjami as a 10 and see what he can do.  McAusland has been more effective than Cerny but certain players seem to keep playing when they are rotten.  I don't think we are using our assets to the best advantage.

He hasn't but that's because Tavernier and now Nana are better.

Who plays LW? Cortez and Matondo are out injured. (When they return I believe Bajrami will move Central.)

I like McCausland; I'd have him as first choice. There must be a reason, though. Fitness, maybe? He does make a lot of appearances.

He's just managing the squad.

I agree he is managing the squad.  He could put Nana at left back and Jefte left wing, Bajrami number 10, Sterling right back and Mcausland on the wing.  That is what I hoped he would do at half time.

But then that's not Nana and Jefte's best/primary position, which contradicts your initial point that the "manager is making life very difficult for the team and himself."

I would like to see Bajrami at #10 and McCausland played more, but I can understand why they are not.

It just seems like a cheap shot at the manager.

II already said he is managing the (lightweight) squad.  It is certainly not a cheap shot.  I do not want a change of manager but I just want him to be a bit more flexible.
