With the likes of Barry and Jenas sitting (and Jenas getting forward), it allows Gerrard, J Cole and Bentley to all support the front man. But Rooney had a poor 1st half playing that role alone, but was much better when he dropped back to support Crouch. So its a tough one who to play. But Beckham, Owen and Lampard will do well to feature in the next squads. Lampard should be in it though but the first 2 have it all to prove again.
