Well you've gotta start somewhere. If there are rich Rangers fans out there looking to invest, how do you think they should go about it?

Someone would need to come forward & make an offer to 2 or 3 of the major shareholders. But the offer would be a lowball offer due to the current state of the club. Would they sell their shares or hang onto them hoping things turnaround?

Just on this, I'd like to see an outside appointment as Chairman and CEO.

We need a fresh pair of eyes, I'm a conservative when it comes to the running of the club as I think most of us are - so getting in a duo who work for the CLUB and not the different investors would be ideal whilst also retaining benign benefactors.

Doubt it would happen, King has said in his recent quotes that he'd be against it.

I don't know, King would be easy to deal with, suggest Parks would be also. They could also attempt to takeover Club1872.

I would suggest there aren't many people (Rangers fans or otherwise) willing to invest.

If Dave King has found someone (or multiple people) who are willing, we should at least see what they have to offer.

Rangers supporting investors want out and talk of "investor fatigue" amongst those have already thrown in their money.

But expect to find outside  Investors (who want to make a profit) desperate to throw their money at a business that loses on average 10M a year.

What kind of investor can do well out of us ? Asset stripper?

They can take a look where the last man to try (not just speak about it) and make the business viable is at the moment. Hospital.

Gilligan, King, McCoist giving his opinion, midnight breaking news. .... Depressing

Is the 100% verified?  If so, what's the source?

Widely known he was offered the role and widely known he's still a St Mirren employee.

Nevermind, it's nearly October, maybe get someone in before the year ends............

Was never going to be a goer.

Slightly better for us that it has been dismissed IMO. But given the alternative isn't clear, nothing to cheer about. Heavy cloud remains.
