Rangers often fills our lives with joy but can also bring disappointment. Those who lead our club understand that can yield criticism but that should be constructive and not personal. We shouldn't forget they love the club as much as you or I.

Sometimes you wonder how many jobs are up there at the club. When Gerrard arrived, we "suddenly" had half a dozen roles no-one ever heard of (well, maybe I was just a little ignorant), at least not in the days of Sir Walter. As I stated recently, there will be people pulling the strings no matter what I think or know of it, so I leave this debate and topic for people more ITK. Would love for this to be a great reset for the club, with a new Chairman, CEO and AD all on the same page and implementing a way of running the club that is distinct.

If there isn't, we are in serious trouble. The problem we have, and I've mentioned it previously, the vast majority of the fans are very nervous when even contemplating a takeover / investment

 

We can only hope Gerrard and some Saudi Bears have convinced a few people that they should consider investing in Rangers.

My old man had a chat with John Gilligan in Bar72 and I had no idea who he was, about 5 or 6 years ago.  Seemed a decent sort but reckon he'll have his work cut out for him.  Lots to do, although who knows how long he'll be in the chair. 

One would hope the board have plans in place for moments like these...
