Some prefer to pile on the misery when it's better to be a bit more pragmatic and realise changes need to be made before we can get back where we belong. They have more money than us. Remind me of McLeish's record as a Rangers manager? Clement has to shoulder some of the blame. We have no structure, no formation, are unfit, slow, pedestrian.
