You do realise that with "people like Miovski" (who finished level with Dessers on league goals after playing more games than him) the sheep finished outside the top six last year. Nah, not the road I want to see us go down.

I don’t see any point in moving on Clement, he has been given an overpaid and tired squad. It’s going to take time to turn it all around. I think there needs to be changes behind the scenes more than in our manager.

We have looked better out of possession recently though.

 

There's a semblance of a press at least.

 

Plug in players who can run and all of a sudden it sharpens up.

 

I have hope.

 

Gerrard used to drive me up the wall in his first couple of seasons with his selections and choices.

In twelve years, we have had twelve Gaffers, six permanent and six temporary. The longest lasting was Gerrard, lasting three and a half years. He delivered the League title and the base for considerable Euro success. Continuity is important and I believe the Belgian deserves time to turn it around. As a support, we must NOT lose our discipline, if we want to vent then voice concerns to both the club Chairman, John Bennet and his Board. They are the folks tasked with improving the Gaffer's hand.

McConnell was hired on a consultancy basis and was sacked after 2 days once his social media accounts became known

Initial reports stated he was 'Head of Marketing' - that doesn't sound like a consultancy role to me.  

 

Simple rule - don't employ yahoos.
