compo 7,030
Watching young lad yesterday had my old mind wandering back to the early sixties and one John Greig I see a similarity in them and would make him captain today .
Devil's advocaat 1,541
Early days, but I can see a future leader in the guy.
yuddie 1,693
Not to sound like Roy Keane but it was just nice to see a player full of desire and tenacity. Which tells you how starved we've been of it. I've half a mind that Cortés didn't fancy it all that much and the defence just kept backing off and backing off. Proactivism in football is a mindset, sadly we lack it bar the wee man we signed from *checks notes* Aberdeen.

I'd make Propper the captain now. Tav is miles away at the moment.
Tannochsidebear 2,405
Wholesome praise for the young lad, but not sure I would even put him ahead of a Stuart McColl who I thought Barron reminded me of a poorer version of, never mind our so-called "Greatest Ever". A tough first game to be judging him on as the team were fairly awful but he got just as much wrong as he got right IMO so plenty of room for improvement but he certainly didnt lack commitment or desire.

Graeme Ro55 759
To be honest I never thought much of him when he was at the sheep, but he may prove to be our best signing in a long time. Captain material, not for me, I like a vocal leader I can see urging the team on. The previous managers have spoke of Tav leading by example, lot of pish 😒
CammyF 8,079
The lad has played 2 games for us. He was good against Hearts, but St times last night he looked exactly what he is - young, raw and inexperienced. Whilst Ridvan was at fault for the goal, Barron had an opportunity to stop the move from developing bit sold himself. The lad has potential but let's all calm down and not put unrealistic pressure / expectations on his young shoulders.
