Scott7 6,456
Switched between Ayr/Hibs and United/Leicester. I watched one until I could stand it no more then the other until I could stand that no more and so on back and fore. All dire.
compo 7,609
In the first half at Old Trafford united were dire but they did improve in the second half but wonder if they were using VAR if the winner would have stood.
compo 7,609
City a goal down at half time could we be in for a shock result . City got there in the end but Orient can hold their heads high for a good cup performance. Edited February 8 by compo
Scott7 6,456
Orient v City, a good old fashioned cup tie. Orient coud have scored twice in the last five minutes, City should have done. Leeds out. Didn’t see that coming. Looking forward to Brum City v Newcastle. I’m conditioned from youth to think of Newcastle United as FA Cup holders. They haven’t won it since 1955. High time I was reconditioned. Three Scottish internationalists in black and white, Jimmy Scoular, Bobby Mitchell and a young ‘keeper, Ronnie Simpson who went on to have a pretty good career at the Hibs. The wizard, Bobby Johnstone scored for defeated Manchester City. Edited February 8 by Scott7

compo 7,609
Said it before and i say it again you can't beat a good FA cup tie iv'e watched City come back to beat Orient and i'm at half time in another good game from Birmingham the home side with three of our rejects in their team Wright Dowell and Davies
Scott7 6,456
Blaydon Races managed to overcome the End of the Road. Another good cup tie at St Andrews. Scott Wright didn’t do much - drew exasperated groans from the crowd in the second half. Davies wasn’t involved in any catastrophes. Dowell wasn’t involved at all apart from one decent cross.
