What an idiot

A man who filmed himself stealing food from a Bramley-Moore Dock test event has seen their Everton membership revoked, the club has revealed.

The Toffees' new stadium, Bramley-Moore Dock, will open for business officially next season, and the ground has already staged two separate test events allowing fans inside the arena.

The second event saw 25,000 allowed inside to watch the club's U21s beat Bolton B 1-0, while a further third event is slated for later this year.

Yet at the first test event back in February, one supporter filmed himself ordering food and drink from the refreshment facilities before leaving without paying, and bragging about it on camera.

The footage, which was posted to social media, shows the man order his meal at the counter at the event, which saw 10,000 fans allowed in to watch an U18s friendly with Wigna.

'Here he comes, the good man himself,' he is then heard saying as the server approaches with his order.

The Geordies are flying tonight three up in jig time

An OG and 2 injury time goals late in the first half - a disaster for Palace. Newcastle roar into third place. Their match away to Villa on Saturday is huge.

What a game at Villa Park today. Both have won 5 out of their last 6 league games. Just wonder how much Villa have left in the tank from the PSG game but they should be up for it knowing this is their route back into the competition.

All the teams going for the Champions League places have difficult games this weekend.

Brentford 2-2 Brighton

Crystal Palace 2-1 Bournemouth

Everton 1-0 Man City

West Ham 3-0 Southampton

Aston Villa 3-3 Newcastle

Fulham 2-1 Chelsea

Ipswich 1-2 Arsenal

Man Utd 2-0 Wolves

Leicester 0-3 Liverpool

Tottenham 1-1 Nottingham Forest

Villa Park is the place to be this weekend beyond doubt. That’s saying something when Everton play City on the same day. (The fixture on the day my brother got married in Liverpool. It was a miracle so many members of the bride’s family turned up at the ceremony)

Bournemouth to beat Palace but not a confident prediction. They are falling away a bit like Forest.
