In the final, Villa had 4 Scots on the field at full time and in their second triumph, Forest had 5. .... In the year in between, Liverpool won it with 3 Scots.

The Liverpool three were Souness, Dalglish and Hansen featuring in three winning finals plus Nicol as a sub in a fourth. Robertson was in one winning final for Liverpool as was Crerand for United.

Looking back through the old lineups of English clubs, the demographic change between Liverpool 1983/84 and United 1998/99 is startling. United had only four Englishmen the same number as Liverpool had Scots though they also had an Irishman, a Welshman and a Trinidadian. After that it just gets worse.

Mon the toffees

I dont get a flutter these days due to location and not using a VPN. But my old man can in UK and has an Arsenal Leeds double in the early kick offs at just over 2/1 which is good odds.
