Imagine that, a club sacking a manager a not taking months to find the next one. But having already done the due diligence to have a shortlisted candidate lined up and ready to go. Interim managers were only in place for a match or two before new managers came in, post-Murty. Man Utd will have Van Nistelrooy in charge for a similar period, by the looks of it.
