Aye Ratcliffe the billionaire with the begging bowl out to fund it. Can't stand the bloke. Problem is when you're a club of that size the investors you tend to attract are either nations states, hedge funds or Scrooges like him who'll gut the club for 'efficiency' purposes. Loads of data on players, good articles etc . Easy to play too. Give it a try, great fun!
