I'll sum this guy up in 1 word - Shite Every time he comes of the bench he scores for Hearts, mostly evfery time he starts he scores. The guy excelled in a league where you are given plenty of time on the ball, but failed in a league where the game is played at a fast pace. Ok, the defending in the SPL may not be as good, but I think that Samaras will struggle in Scotland. I certainly don't remember him as a lazy player in fact it was his movement off the ball that gave Huntelaar so many chances. I don't know why but i had a feeling we would go for him. Fair do's mate. My comment was in relation to others' analyssi fo the player. From the little i've seen of him in England (as he struggles to get a game or impress when he does) does nto inspire confidence. However you're not the first to suggest he was a decent player in Holland and maybe Walter thinks he can get the best out of him. I think that stems into the other argument that if we do play 2 upfront we are back to having the dilema of who plays in midfield and it lacks creativity. Not that we lack that just now of course. Its not like we are Man U who can play 2 holding midfielders (Hargreaves and Carrick) then let Giggs and Ronaldo roam free.
