Do any UK building projects get completed on time?  Can't say I'm terribly surprised by this.

Maybe if the club had recently had a construction project that went over time and over budget they *might* have been able to see this risk involved in this project.

Why would we have to move to Murrayfield? Presumably we can still use the other 3 stands, so our capacity would be reduced to 42K for some games that we can't switch to the away ground.

I reckon there is plant and supporting scaffolding in place that would render the use of the field and other areas a no go.

I'd like to think there was a break glass option in case it wasn't though.
