So Tynecastle is now just over 5 days away and we've added two players who'd be considered definite starters, 3 if you include Jefte.

We are weaker than we were last season despite been told that this transfer window has been in the planning for 6 months.

There was a sliver of light on Friday with the signing of Cerny (still don't know if he'll start on Saturday) and the departure of Lammers.

We are still not sure if Goldson and/ or Cifuentes are officially gone, targets rejecting us right, left and centre and at least 5 players short.

No update on Ibrox, our board still playing hide and seek, we really are a complete and utter joke of a club at the moment.

Leaderless and heading for the rocks.

Happy days.

Dont worry Cammy.................... Yilmaz will start at Tyny and we will win :D

He'll keel over in the 1st 10mins, we'll  be told he's out for a week and not see him back in the team until Santa's been and gone.

Let's face it, every defender we have is either an injury or bombscare issue...most are both.

We’ve still got a lot of transfer business to do before the end of next month. It’s clear now we had to move players on before we bring in replacements

Except Balogun but he’s 36 & a squad player.

He struggles to play two games a week, so that puts him in the 'injury issue' box.

True, but point is, to get into CL, we need our business concluded before 1st August. Also, we've been told this transfer window has been 6 months in planning and 5 days before the season kicks off we've managed to be WEAKER than we were last season. That takes some doing.

If the budget has been significantly reduced (likely) and/or was in good part, contingent on outgoings. Then, Bisgrove got out at the right time.

Bottom line: Omnishambles

Tha board themselves have to enter the real world before they can attempt to take the support with them.

At least the manager recognises and talks about the real situation in front of us. In so doing, he has lowered expectation levels to a more realistic place.

Watching killie the other night I think I heard the commentators say that from next season only first in our league will go into the champions league or maybe I heard him wrong .
