Actually quite a sad fall from grace for us and them. In recent years we have both loaned players deemed not god enough for Benfica and we bought Feyenoords backup striker for a premium. We have lost out on targets to PSV and the likes of Tillman and sold our best player to Ajax. I know we’re were cannon fodder to the likes of the epl teams. But to see teams in thought of as equals like the Dutch big 3 and portugals big 3 buy and sell us really hits home where we sit in footballs pecking order.

 

our TV deal (or lack of) is killing us and the real power brokers of the SPFL (Dermots minions and friends of) are happy to see it while the other mob remain on top. Food for thought.

Not sure what the solution would be either.

 

We've probably got the fan base to generate a better broadcast deal in house (RTV).

 

I know there's talk of the women's team joining the WSL, honestly, even if it meant starting in league 2 I'd do the same for the men's.

 

Bear in mind I'm a ted who lives in England, I appreciate for you Scottish lads the ties are far stronger.

 

Nothing will change, Scottish football hates us and always will.

Vaclav Cerny ... 26, Czech, VfL Wolfsburg (signed for them last summer for Euro 8m), contract till 2027. His stats at Twente (78 games, 22 goals, 21 assists) made Wolfsburg "aware" of him. In 25 games for them, he managed 5 goals and 1 assist.

 

Looks like the Sima-loan-clone this season, if it comes to pass.
