Not a bad looking stand, but thought they wanted 27,000 not 23,000. Seems a lot to spend just to take the capacity up by 6,000 from its current 17,000.

 

One thing for sure, they will have the best stadium in the league - Clyde, Dunfermline, Livingston and St Johnstone cant compete with that the season after next - :fish:

Its the same deal as Murray though, there's so much smoke & mirrors going on with their accounting that we might never know what's going on there. I'm sure there will be money and debt being moved between different UBIG companies in the same way that SDM does with us.

 

By the looks of that, the stadium is the least important part of the work and its the hotel and other buildings which are going to cost the most and I guess be relied on to bring the money back in.

Agreed Mike - the 51 mill seems like a helluva lot of money if it is just to increase the stadium capacity by 6,000 - but the main thrust of this is additional income streams from the hotel and selling/renting the flats.
